Type of Printing in Corrugated Box

There are lots of ways to do your own branding on the corrugated box to printing on the box. Printing can be done according to the style and specification of the box

Lithography

This printing technology is most commonly used for the branding of products. Such as cosmetic boxes, electronics, pizza boxes, medicine boxes, automobiles, spices, etc. With this technique, we can print good quality.

Printing is most commonly used in consumer product boxes. Eg:- Corrugated Pizza Box, Cosmetic Box, Electronic Box, etc. It has high quality and can be used for a higher perceived value like matte or super gloss. This type of printing can be seen on folding cartons and labels.

In lithographic (offset) printing the photo is transferred onto a printing plate. After being transferred to the printing plate, it is loaded into the machine. In the machine, water and ink are poured over the plate and pressed with a roller. The area on the plate where the photo is to be painted is inked, and then the photo is transferred to a rubber blanket, and the photo is transferred from the blanket to the paper. That's why this process is also called offset printing.

Flexo

This type of printing is mostly done on outer corrugated boxes (which are used in shipping) in one or two colors. This technology reduces the cost of printing using water-based and oil-based inks.

Silkscreen Print

Corrugated boxes can also be printed with screen printing, but one or two colors can be printed in it. Its price also works. The design which is to be printed has to be made positive and butter of that design on the box and exposed to sunlight and lift the screen. With the help of this screen, we can print any color on the box. This process is very easy and cheap.

नालीदार बॉक्स पर अपनी ब्रांडिंग करने के कई तरीके हैं। बॉक्स पर छपाई उसके स्टाइल और स्पेसिफिकेशन के अनुसार की जाती है।

लिथोग्राफी (ओफ़्सेट) प्रिंटिंग

ये प्रिंटिंग टेक्नोलॉजी प्रोडक्ट्स की ब्रांडिंग के लिए सबसे अधिक परयोग में लाई  जाती है। जैसे की कॉस्मेटिक बॉक्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, पिज़्ज़ा बॉक्स, दवाई के बॉक्स, औटोमोबील्स, मसाले  अदि। इस तकनीक से हम अच्छी क्वालिटी की छपाई कर सकते हैं। 

उपभोक्ता उत्पाद बक्से में मुद्रण का सबसे अधिक उपयोग किया जाता है। जैसे:- नालीदार पिज्जा बॉक्स, कॉस्मेटिक बॉक्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक बॉक्स, आदि। इसकी एक उच्च गुणवत्ता है और इसका उपयोग मैट या सुपर ग्लॉस जैसे उच्च कथित मूल्य के लिए किया जा सकता है। इस प्रकार की छपाई फोल्डिंग कार्टन और लेबल पर देखी जा सकती है।

लिथोग्राफिक(ओफ़्सेट) प्रिंटिंग में तस्वीर को प्रिंटिंग प्लेट  पर स्थान्तरित किया जाता है।  प्रिंटिंग प्लेट पर स्थानांतरित करने के बाद उसको मशीन में लोड कियाजाता है। मशीन  में प्लेट के ऊपर पानी और स्याही डाल  कर रोलर से प्रेस किया जाता है। प्लेट पर जिस क्षेत्र में  फोटो  होती हे उस क्षेत्र पर स्याही लगती है,  और उसके बाद  फोटो एक रबर के ब्लैंकेट पर स्थानांतरित की जाती है , और ब्लैंकेट से फोटो  पेपर पर स्थान्तरित हो जाती है। इसलिय इस प्रक्रिया को ओफ़्सेट प्रिंटिंग भी बोलते हैं। 

फ्लेक्सो

इस तरह की छपाई अधिकतर एक या 2 रंग में आउटर नालीदार बॉक्स (जो कि शिपिंग में प्रयोग में लाये जाते हैं) पर की जाती हैं। इस तकनीक से पानी आधारित और तेल आधारित स्याही का प्रयोग कर और इसकी छपाई की कीमत भी कम  होती है। 

सिल्कस्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग 

स्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग से नालीदार बॉक्स को भी प्रिंट किया जा सकता है  परन्तु इसमें एक या दो रंग की छपाई कर सकते है। इसकी कीमत भी काम होती है। जिस डिज़ाइन को छापना हे बॉक्स पर उस डिज़ाइन का पॉजिटिव व बटर बना कर धूप  में एक्सपोज़ कर के स्क्रीन उठानी पड़ती है। इस स्क्रीन की मदद से हम बॉक्स पर किसी भी रंग में छपाई कर सकते हैं। ये प्रकिर्या बहुत आसान और सस्ती है। 

स्क्रीन प्रिंटिंग प्रक्रिया स्टेप

स्टेप  1: डिजाइन तैयार करना है 

स्टेप 2: स्क्रीन तैयार करो 

स्टेप 3: इमल्शन को एक्सपोज्ड करो 

स्टेप 4: स्टैंसिल बनाकर इमल्शन को धोया जाता है

स्टेप 5:  प्रिंट के लिए तैयार है

स्टेप 6: स्याही को स्क्रीन के ऊपर रबर के रोलर दबाया जाता है

स्टेप 7: छपाई के बाद उसको सुखाया जाता है, और जाँचा जाता है
