 Manufacturing Process Corrugated Boxes

1. We can do the shipping in the corrugated box very easily. 
2. At least 3 papers are required to make a corrugated box which has 2 paper liners and 1 flute in between. We call it 3 ply box and in the same way, we can prepare 5 plies, 7 plies, and 9 ply box
3. Corrugated boxes are lightweight, easy to print, and eco-friendly.
4. Corrugated boxes can be reused. Corrugated boxes are used in many industries such as food, cosmetics, automobiles, garments, medical, fruit, textile, shoes, etc.

1. नालीदार  बॉक्स में हम शिपिंग बहुत आसानी से कर सकते हैं।
2.  नालीदार बॉक्स को तैयार करने के  लिए कम से कम 3 पेपर को आवशयकता होती है जिसमें  2 पेपर लाइनर होते हैं और उसके बीच  में 1 फ्लूट होती है। इसको हम 3 प्लाई का बॉक्स बोलते हैं  और इसी प्रकार से हम 5 प्लाई, 7 प्लाई और 9 प्लाई के बॉक्स तैयार कर सकते हैं। 
3. नालीदार बक्से हल्के, प्रिंट करने में आसान और पर्यावरण के अनुकूल होते हैं।
4. नालीदार बक्से का पुन: उपयोग किया जा सकता है। कई उद्योगों जैसे भोजन, सौंदर्य प्रसाधन, ऑटोमोबाइल, वस्त्र, चिकित्सा, फल, कपड़ा, जूते आदि में नालीदार बक्से का उपयोग किया जाता है।
