Quality Control Systems
Quality is very important for the production of any product. If the quality is not controlled while making the product, then we may have to bear heavy losses for that, and this loss directly reduces our profit. We can also say that there is a close relationship between quality and profit. If we see, quality causes loss of approx. 10 to 30% of the total turnover of the company, and the defective product has to be repaired to cover this loss. It costs money, time, and labor to fix the product to minimize your losses. If the defective product is delivered to our customer then our company's reputation will also be bad. Nowadays company attaches great importance to quality control, and if the customer gets a bad product then the entire amount gets debited and we may have to spend a lot of money and time to fix that product.
To avoid all this, we have to follow some quality control systems while making the product, so that our product does not get damaged due to any reason. All the methods are the same to control the quality, but let's see how we can control the quality of the corrugated boxes.
We also call this Quality Management system.
In this system, the quality-related documents, the way of working, and the responsibility of doing the work are given to the people concerned with that product so that the quality of the product is very good and there is no possibility of rejection at all.
ISO 9001:2015, this international standard which specifies the method of quality control. Many people also do it using QMS. In this system, only documents are made to control the quality.

क्वालिटी कण्ट्रोल सिस्टम्स
किसी भी प्रोडक्ट का उत्पादन करने के लिए क्वालिटी का होना बहुत आवशयक होता है। अगर प्रोडक्ट बनाते समय क्वालिटी को कंट्रोल नहीं किया गया तो उसके लिए हमें भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है, और यह नुकसान सीधे सीधे हमारे प्रॉफिट को कम करता है। हम ये भी बोल सकते हैं कि क्वालिटी और लाभ का आपस में गहरा रिश्ता है। अगर हम देखें तो, कम्पनी का कुल टर्नओवर का अप्प्रोक्स १० से ३०% का नुकसान क्वालिटी के कारन होता है, और इस नुकसान को कवर करने के लिए ख़राब प्रोडक्ट को ठीक करना पड़ता है। प्रोडक्ट को ठीक करने की लिए पैसा, समय और लेबर सबका नुकसान होता है अपने नुक्सान को कम करने के लिए। अगर ख़राब प्रोडक्ट हमारे ग्राहक के पास डेलिवर हो जाता हे तो हमारी कंपनी की रेपुटेशन भी ख़राब होगी। आजकल कम्पनी क्वालिटी कण्ट्रोल को बहुत महत्व देतीं हैं, और ख़राब प्रोडक्ट अगर ग्राहक को मिलता है तो पूरा अमाउंट डेबिट हो जाता है और हमें उस प्रोडक्ट को ok करने के लिए काफी पैसा और समय लगाना पड़ सकता है।
इन सब से बचने के लिए हमें प्रोडक्ट बनाते समय क्वालिटी कण्ट्रोल से जुड़ी कुछ सिस्टम्स को फॉलो करना होगा, जिससे हमारा प्रोडक्ट किसी भी कारण से ख़राब न हो। क्वालिटी को कण्ट्रोल करने के लिए सारे तरीके समान होते हैं, परन्तु हम ये देखते हैं कि नालीदार बॉक्स के लिए हम क्वालिटी को कैसे कंट्रोल कर सकते हैं।
इसको हम क्वालिटी मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम्स भी कहते हैं।
इस सिस्टम में क्वालिटी से सम्भदित डाक्यूमेंट्स, काम करने के तरीके, और काम करने की जिम्मेदारी उस प्रोडक्ट से सम्भंदित लोगों को दी जाती है जिससे प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी बहुत अच्छी हो और रिजेक्शन की सम्भावना बिलकुल न हो।
आई.एस.ओ 9001:2015, यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानक जो की क्वालिटी कण्ट्रोल करने के तरीके को बताता है। कई लोग इसे QMS का उपयोग भीकरते हैं। इस सिस्टम में क्वालिटी को कण्ट्रोल करने के ही डॉक्यूमेंट बनाये जाते हैं।
गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन प्रणाली के क्या लाभ
अगर किसी कंपनी में क्वालिटी मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम्स को शुरू करते हैं तो उससे कंपनी की परफॉरमेंस पर बहुत अच्छा असर होता है। जैसे की:
- ग्राहककी आवशयकता को अच्छे तरीके से पूरा करना, जिससे दुबारा आर्डर मिलने शुरू हो जाते हैं।
